Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance or sale items.
- Gift cards and digital downloads.
Process for Returns:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions to ship the product back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.

I recently ordered a weekly planner and a monthly planner in the beige color but received a black one instead. While it was a little disappointing to not get the color I chose, the planner itself is excellent, very practical and well-made. I love using it and find it really helpful for staying organized. Hoping future orders match the selected options, but overall, I’m happy with the product!
