Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Clearance or sale items.
• Gift cards and digital downloads.

Process for Returns:

1. Visit https://account.planitstore.com/orders, select the product you wish to return, and click Request Return.

2. Alternatively, you can email our Customer Support Team at imadu@planitstore.com with your order details and reason for the return.

3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions to ship the product back.

4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
